Provincial Referees

After todays Provincial Referees fitness testing and rules refresher we presented Clare Dowdall with a little leaving present. Clare is moving on to pastures new, but she has done so much for Referees in Ulster during her time in the job. We also want to thank Michael McLean from the Westurn Trust for talking to the Referees about  their mental health.
