Second Senior Semi Final

Donegal v Cavan - Killyclogher 7pm

Donegal and Cavan meet in the Ulster championship senior semi final tomorrow with the winner to play Armagh on June 30th.

These two haven't met in the championship since 2016 and it is likely that both sides will be very diferent to the ones that played that day (which was also in Killyclogher). Donegal are the reigning champions and already have one game under their belt. Last day out they seem to be cruising to victory against Tyrone however the Red Hand side dug deep and pushed them all the way. Maxi Curran will not want a repeat of that and if the Tir Chonnail girls get their noses in front they will want to push on.

James Daly's Cavan have not a game since their league exit however the Armagh native is sure to have established a game plan to stop Donegal retaining their title. He has brought some new blood into the side however the spine still contains some of the most experienced players in the country. This one is hard to call however the Breffni girls may be a wee bit rusty and it might take them time to settle. Don't be surprised if it goes to the wire.
