Ulster Ladies Elite Player Academy 2018

Some of Ulster's finest up and coming players attended the Elite Player Camp in Clonoe today and were graced with coaching from Donegal midfielder Katy Herron and the most honoured player in the game, Mayo native, Cora Staunton.
The players started the day with a practical session with Donegal star Katy Herron who worked on passing, tackling and shooting. They then got a break to do some theory with Mind Fit who delivered an excellent session on Resilience and Emotional Intelligence in Sport & Life.
Following a delicious lunch the girls enjoyed a practical session with multiple All Star, Club and County All Ireland Champion Cora Staunton. Once the session was over Cora had a Q & A session with the players followed by posing for numerous photo's with the players and underage players from Clonoe.
Many thanks to Katy and Cora for passing on their knowledge to the girls, to Mind Fit for providing a brilliant theory session on Resilience and Emotional Intelligence and finally Clonoe for providing their fantastic facilities.
