Donegal 1-14 Armagh 1-10

Donegal came from 11 points down to reach the Ulster senior final at the expense of Armagh earlier tonight. This was a tough affair played in terrible conditions. In fact the Tir Chonnail girls didn't score in the first half which Armagh dominated and deservedly led 1-8 to 0-0. In the 4th minute of the second half Geraldine Mc Laughlin netted and then went on to score 1-7. Eilish Ward hit two cracking points while Karen Gutherie cleared of her line late on and blocked a certain goal as Armagh went in search of a late goal. Its now the Ulster final for Donegal against either Monaghan or Cavan while for Armagh its the qualifiers.
