See below the brand new workshops that Ulster Ladies are jointly running with Ulster Camogie throughout the Province in the coming weeks.
In total we will deliver 2 x Player/Team Development themes throughout 6 workshops across the province:
* 3 x 'Effective Strength & Conditioning Training for Performance & Injury Prevention' workshops
*3 x 'Improving Performance & Development Through Analysis' workshops
The S&C workshops will focus on implementing Strength & Conditioning... sessions and programs to your players within the County Development Squad pathway - Senior Inter County players (also within our club teams). It will be Delivered by well known Personal Trainer Pauric Grimes ('PG The PT') who has significant experience of working with individual GAA players and teams and has designed the workshop content to be geared specifically towards training the Ladies Footballer & Camog.
The Performance Analysis workshop will be delivered by Armagh Senior Gaelic Football Analyst Brian McClelland & Ulster GAA Sports Scientist Kevin McGuigan. This is an excellent opportunity for teams to send their coaches but also any volunteers working within the management set-up that has an interest in Performance/Video/Stats Analysis.
Below are dates, venues and times for each workshop. These are aimed primarily at coaches who are working with Ladies Football and Camogie squads at County Level from U14-Senior. These workshops are all FREE and are being delivered by top class professionals in their field of expertise. This is an opportunity not to be missed.
**Please not we will be opening up registration to any interested club coaches/volunteers from Friday 10th February, we would like to have a good number of Inter county coaches/management members registered before then**
Can you please circulate to all your coaches involved with your County teams.
We hope all counties will have good representation though keep in mind places will be on a first come first serve policy. Its open to 30 coaches per workshop (15 Ladies Football/15 camogie) at each of the 6 venues.
